I like the large room with a nice king size bed. It's a modern room that feels clean and the heated bathroom floor was great
What I didn't like. The floor was unbelievable squeaky. The most disappointing thing was that the lobby restaurant was closed the entire time of our stay except for a few hours on the day we arrived. If we'd of know that we'd of choose a different location to stay.

A little gem in a historic building. After discovering almost every room in the city was sold out, I found this hotel. Wondering why it still had rooms,I looked at reviews and decided to try it. We were not disappointed.
The location is excellent for exploring nearby. The lobby restaurant and bar was hopping on a Saturday night and brought some exciting action to the hotel.

Very centrally located hotel with renovated rooms and extremely comfortable beds and pillows (like where are they from?! I want to get some!). Parking at the municipal parking garage at Victoria City Hall was super straight forward, convenient (3 minute walk from hotel) and cheap (parking free from 6 PM - 9 AM). Only downside was the room we got was extremely small with a noisy fridge and AC unit and no view.

Clean rooms and the Lavazza coffee machine in the room was a nice touch! Wow those were great coffees. We booked last minute so we got an interior facing room, which I did not like as it was very dark, but no complaints since you take what you can get during the busy season :) Staff are accommodating and friendly. The bar downstairs is fantastic. I would recommend the hotel change the bed as it was saggy and creaky, and the wifi in our room was very slow. I like this place though and I would happily stay there again.

A very comfortable boutique type hotel. Pleasant and efficient service at reception and in the cocktail bar. The bartender knows her stuff. I wonder about the lack of housekeeping lagging behind lifting of covid restrictions. If the hotel saves by not doing daily housekeeping why isn't this passed on to customers..even a voucher to use in the bar/restaurant would be appreciated if you aren't discounting the room price.

My family and I stayed there for the weekend. At first, my parents had a hard time booking through a 3rd party website, and there’s no option to include dogs, so we called the hotel’s front desk and one of the staff helped us book a room. She was really kind and patient. Weeks later, we arrived at the hotel and the same staff helped my family check in and was very accommodating.
Our room was very clean and no problems. They also accommodated us a doggy package for our poodle; it included a bowl, blanket, and a small treat made from a local Victoria pet store.

Stayed here based on the American Express platinum relationship. Did not disappoint! Staff were extremely accommodating especially since my husband had a business meeting he needed to take before our check in time. Natalie the manager found a quite place for him. Room was perfect with great coffee abs real cream in the fridge. Bed was extremely comfortable! Location was walking distance to everything. 10/10 will stay here again.

We stayed at the Rialto on Aug 1, 2021. We were unsure if we’d made the right choice after driving through the downtown area which is a bit rough in some spots. But this was a fabulous hotel. Clean, lovely room and very quiet. We had a terrific view. The staff were helpful. We would recommend this hotel to anyone and would stay there again any time we go to Victoria.

I loved this charming hotel with great staff who were friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was great as was the lunch we ate there. And the cocktail I had, named for the hotel was the best I had in Victoria (better than Q at the Empress and Little Jumbo). I highly recommend.
