I love everything about and anything that involves hair. More than half my life has been dedicated to the art of hairstyling. Before beauty school, before hairstyling, there was the artist.
Cold wave perm rods. These are basic standard perm rods. They come in a variety of sizes and are colour coded to make them easy to identify. Cold wave perm rods are made of plastic, they have an elastic closure that keeps the hair in place. Sizes range from jumbo to very small rods. The larger the rod size, the looser the curl.

Wow, I just had my hair colored and cut by Abbey at her new location on Plains Rd, east in Burlington, and she did an amazing job! I moved back to the Burlington/Hamilton area 6 years ago, and have had a really difficult time finding a decent hair stylist. I've had a few bad experiences with hair stylist the last 4 times I've gone to get my hair cut and colored so I was a little nervous about going to yet another new salon. But Abbey took the time to listen to what I wanted, and what I knew my hair was like. She looked at the pictures I brought, and discussed in detail what she thought would be

I've been going here for almost 3 years now. Abby and her team are fantastic. I recently had my wedding party get their hair and make up done the morning of my wedding. It ran a little longer than hoped but everything was fine. Abby, Phoenix and Michelle did a great job for my 6 bridesmaids. The brunch was delicious :)

She makes certain you leave feeling happy and satisfied. Her prices cannot be beat. Personally it's like visiting a friend every month.

I have been going to Classic Hair Design for over 20 years. I started with Abbey when I needed to have my colour repaired. Abbey is one of the best colourists I have ever experienced. Her results are fantastic and never disappoints. She is a creative stylist, I just sit in her chair and let her do what ever she wants! The outcome is always a trendy but an easily managed style. Abby is by far one of the best people and hairstylists I have ever known. She truly cares about her clients in more ways than just their hair!
