Louise Kirkhope, MSW, RCC founded Conceivable Options in 2007. In addition to offering individual and couples counselling, Conceivable Options offers the internationally recognized, research-based "Mind/Body Program." Louise graduated from Wilfrid Laurier University in 1995 with a Master of Clinical Social Work Degree.

Our mind has a powerful and marked effect on our health and well-being, and through the use of specific mind/body techniques this connection between mind & body can be used to enhance the quality of our lives significantly. This structured group program is modelled after Dr Alice Domar's internationally acclaimed mind/body programs.
