I brought my puppy here as she was throwing up and having diarrhea and it was after hours of my normal vet clinic. The vet was totally great, the receptionist was wonderful as well. My main issue was with the vet tech - she was incredibly judgmental and rude, and she wasn’t listening to what I was saying. She heard what she wanted to hear and that was it. Then when the vet came out she repeated the incorrect information which was very frustrating. I understand Covid and that there had been a local parvo outbreak, but, I believe, because of the lack of listening I then had to wait with my poor

My cat was very ill and I couldn’t see her suffer. I called around, no one would take her in except for one other vet who wanted to charge me $600 to put her down. Bay city animal hospital was able to take her in immediately and it cost me nowhere near that amount. Everyone that i talked to there was extremely friendly and kind. I highly recommend them if you need a vet.
