Welcome to our cozy hospital where you will feel like home! - Easy to find, our hospital is conveniently located next to Tim Horton's on Cassells Street. Our exam rooms are equipped with computers for digital record keeping as well as reviewing x-rays or other findings for your pet with you. We have a separate cat and dog housing area so we are able to maintain an ideal cozy environment for each species.

Had to get a tooth extracted on my dog. The staff explained each step and what to expect for my pet. They called after the surgery to let me know my dog was out of surgery. They gave me more then enough pain medication for my dog so she would not suffer. They called me at least 3 times to check on my dog. You can tell they care about their patients.

My 12 week old pup developed abscesses in her neck, the vets and staff were fantastic, informative, friendly, seen her immediately, did surgery on their lunch hour for a reasonable price and answered all my inquiries afterwards via email within the hour...I could not have asked for anything more!! Thank you very much!!! I highly recommend Cassells Animal Hospital!

All around services are incredible. They really went above and beyond for our dog.
Dr Eckensviller is a wonderful vet. She's takes great care of her patients and has a soft and caring approach.
We are also… grateful for Wendy she is always greeting Hodiak with liver treat and helping to make him feel at home.

The best experience with a vet clinic I have ever had. My pet is in the late stage of life and recently suffered a stroke. The service we have recieved is above and beyond what I expected. The vet actually cares about your pet and the situation I was in. Thanks to all the staff that have helped me through this difficult time.

I have been a client with this hospital for many years. I haven't personally had a pet in several years, but have family on the same account with their pets. I called to book an appointment for my siblings cat and was told my account was deactivated and that they "weren't taking on any new clients." I was then told I wouldn't be able to get in for over a month. I am concerned for the pets health and was essentially told to find another vet. I am beyond angry that the clinic I have been with for years turned me away so easily and without hesitation. No one bothered to get in contact with me to inquire

My miniature Schnauzer was attacked by another dog and had multiple puncture wounds. I called Cassells Animal Hospital and they got Chester in immediately. The care and compassion I received from the clinic was above and beyond. You can tell the staff love their job and care about animals. I highly recommend Cassells Animal for all your fur babies needs!

My large mature Rottweiler was spayed a couple days ago. was quite complicated I was told because of her weight. My dog is doing great! The cost was extremely reasonable. They took such great care of my baby.… They were very through in their aftercare instructions. They even clipped her nails while she was under. I am so incredibly impressed and grateful. I sooo recommend this clinic.
