The best location. Just one block away from all the hustle and bustle, but still centrally located. Friendly staff. Clean and recently updated rooms with very comfortable beds. Balconies on every room. Lots of free parking. We always felt safe because of the strong COVID protocols. The breakfasts had variety each day and were delicious. Pets were allowed and still very quiet. Thank you to everyone there.

Three star hotel with 5 star service. Basic reception area. No pool. Great Wi-Fi in bedrooms and lobby area. Free parking with ample space underground. Privately own boutique hotel right next to parliament building - walking distance to all the main attractions - free parking in a safe neighborhood. Our bedroom was newly renovated with quality sheets and comfortable beds.
The hot breakfast provided had wide selection - scrabble eggs; bacon; sausages and ham. Waffle maker-fruit salad- yogurt-variety of cereals- specialty coffee maker. Real dishes and cutlery were used (what a rarity)!!Chef Scott

Free Wifi, parking, and an incredible breakfast. Was very impressed with this hotel’s amenities and attention to detail with respect to managing covid-19. The breakfast chef (I think his name is Scott) was an awesome host!
I saw other reviewers say the beds felt old, but I thought the beds were very comfortable! The room I stayed in appeared to be recently renovated and well maintained. I would definitely stay here again.

A-MAZING!! The hotel looks a little older from the outside but our room was updated. Newer furniture. Our room had a skylight in it so made it nice and bright. Great view of Victoria. Around the corner from a lot of attractions. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was awesome. Hot items and a big variety. Even had a latte machine!! I'm just sad we couldn't spend another night there. Loved It!!!

Bad part- rooms have very old mattresses, furniture and appliances, that direly need replacement.
I could give 5 stars for the value and overall package if the mattresses and appliances in the room were in decent shape. Hopefully they get there soon.

Great place to stay when in Victoria. My wife and I stayed here this summer. Its location is perfect and offers free parking, breakfast and wifi. Breakfast was one of the good ones. My only suggestion to the chef would be include Plant based protein. All 3 days there were just eggs and sausages. Please also think about us vegetarians.
Otherwise it was clean and room although on smaller size was comfortable.

The location of the hotel is not very impressive, although it's located in the city center. It's within a walking distance to the assembly hall and the royal museum. The facility has two sections and one section looks very run down, which I is not being used. The hotel section has been renovated and is pretty new. The rooms are small but nice and smell good. The stay comes with free breakfast, which is pretty impressive for a continental breakfast, particularly the price that I paid for. The guest service was very good.

A nice room in an older hotel. For some reason, this hotel is favored by the senior citizen set. It still worked for our family of four - our kids were the youngest people (as young as 17 years old). As expected, this is a really quiet hotel. The breakfast buffet rivaled any Hampton Inn or Fairfield Inn. No problem getting a table and the food was fresh. Walking distance to a few restaurants in the area.

I would highly recommend this hotel, sorry we couldn't stay longer. Clean, beds comfortable, delightful staff, fabulous breakfast buffet, great coffee. One of it's best features is where it is. Right next to the parliament building, a half a block from the harbor. They could not have been any nicer about the parking. After we checked out they let us continue parking for several more hours. I love this hotel!!! A rare find.

There is no need to plan and pay expensive tours. You can enjoy the best in this hotel. It was a last minute walking by that we decided to spend the night. Jonah was so kind and helpful with all of our inquires!
There is an amazing hot breakfast, they have a pool and it's right in inner harbor! you can walk to see all the historical areas, the visitor center is nearby if you want to book activities, and if you go the other way you can go to fisherman's wharf!

We stayed here on our family vacation. It is a great place to stay. Within walking distance to many places, including the ferry building. It is quiet and clean. With a full continental breakfast in the morning. With helpful and friendly staff. Would recommend to all. Also, the above parking is not meant for larger vehicles.

Very convenient location. We were able to walk to many great places. The room was very clean. Unlike most places I've stayed, the shower seemed to have great water pressure. I'm not sure anyone will recognize me from the beat down my hair received this morning. I loved it! The breakfast in the morning was fantastic. Eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, toast, muffins, juices, coffee, tea, yogurt, cereal, etc. Very large dining area so there was plenty of room for seating and I didn't feel in constant competition with others for food and space. We did have one operational problem

Location was wonderful! Close to the harbor and most activities. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They helped with printing maps, recommending dining locations, even some fun activities to do while in town. Thank you, thank you, thank you for holding our (and other guests) luggage after arrival and before departure - that was so appreciated!
One hiccup - they gave us the wrong room, so we didn't have the pull out sofa we were meant to, and they were unable to move us to the proper room because they were booked due to a holiday weekend. They did provide us with a cot mattress

Location, location, location. You're right where you want to be. Two blocks from the Black Ball Ferry. The Undersea Aquarium is up one block, and one block over is the Legislature building. This is a perfect moderate priced hotel for Victoria. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Close to everything. Quiet. Nice pool. One of the better continental breakfasts I've encountered. Wi-fi everywhere that actually consistently works and has a decently strong signal. What more do you need?
I wish their restaurant stayed open longer than it does. Good prices, they could make a killing with room service and/or staying open 'til 10 or so.
