It took Jon one appointment to spot a problem that was responsible for at least five years of daily migraines! I couldn’t tell you how many other professionals and machines tried to figure out what was wrong with my body, but there was seemingly no hope; my neurologist literally said “you should be more accepting, this will probably be a lifetime struggle”.
Years of daily migraines, body pain and neurological episodes, doctors, tests, needles, so many pills...
Here we are working on it with some results - I’m hopeful.
Update * I now live pain-free!!
Thank you Jon.

Positive: Communication, Professionalism, Quality
Jon knows his anatomy and injury processes as well as diagnostic and treatment protocols. He is very good at sharing what he knows to educate the client. His back treatment was spot on. He's also flexible to offer periodic follow up.

Great service here and the physiotherapist is very knowledgable. My Physio's name is Jon and I highly recommend him. I go here for my knee- they do more than just shoulders. There's also free customer parking.

I received excellent service from a physiotherapist and a massage therapist here for many months, and made an quick recovery from my injury as a result. The staff are friendly and professional. The location is of course excellent for anyone working or living in the downtown area, and the hours are quite accommodating. I'd highly recommend them.

I have been going to Holly for massage therapy four months for a shoulder injury. The pain resulting from it, I thought I would just have to live with. After seeing her consistently, there are weeks at a time I feel no pain whatsoever. She has made a large impact on my quality of life and I can not recommend her enough!

They take advantage of students with good insurance coverage. I went their for months because they said it was what was best for me. They would be treating multiple patients at once, wanted me to attend more then I needed to for my injury, and I didn't heal properly or be pain free until I stopped going there. I didn't have a clear outline or plan the whole time I attended physio there. I would not recommend.

Not honest with the way you make payment. I had an university plan that cover 100% of my consultation, but suddenly I own 50CAD.
