At Esplanade Auto House we have the proper tools and know how to repair your vehicle properly. Whether it is a simple job or a more in depth one. For example the Audi S4/Q7 4.2l engine in the back ground, you can see the amount of timing chains and tensioners that are needed to be replaced when one fails.
Its a question that's been asked many times. The answer is, any time you feel your vehicle pulling or if your steering wheel is not straight when driving in a straight line. Also, every time you replace the tires, that way you get the maximum life out of them. If the vehicle does pull check your tire pressures first, unequal tire pressures can result in vehicle pull as well.

I am really fortunate to have found these guys at Esplanade Auto House! They take excellent care of my Volkswagen Golf and their customer service is second to none.
Jason, who manages the service centre, is super friendly and great to work with, always really professional and eager to help me out -- I've never seen Jason when he's not smiling and laughing!
Otto is my mechanic and this guy knows his stuff super well. He is a no-nonsense guy who is honest and upfront about what's going on with my car and what is required to get it back on the road -- he is a rock star!

I was recommended to Esplanade Auto House by a friend of my mother's who owns a few older Bimmers. I have a 2001 325i and had it towed to their shop (the fan blades had done some extensive damage under the hood to the point where the car wasn't drivable).
As soon as I arrived I felt right at home and they went straight to work and had my car running again within days. These guys are the most professional shop I have ever dealt with. They don't waste your money or time. They are always willing to help solve even the smallest of issues with your vehicle.
They have given me advice and looked over my truck at no charge, just trying to help me out.
