Services
We carry select varieties of prescription based pet food from Hill's and Medi-Cal. These are diets that have been produced after years of dedicated research in pet foods in their research labs before they are released for public pet consumption. Quality control is stringent and very high quality proteins and other ingredients are used.
We are proud to be one of the few hospitals in Ontario offering this technology, as we are committed to ensuring our patients are offered the best medicine available. Short treatment times when treating numerous osteo-muscular system disease and when repairing superficial lesions. The use of laser therapy is relatively new in the veterinary industry.

Great place to take your vet, all staff are professional, knowledgeable and they provide great customer service no matter how may times you get in touch with them to ask questions. Great doctors too, they spend time explaining everything and answer all questions although they have many patients. The hospital also provides educational material which is really helpful for new pet owners. Absolutely recommend this place.

I am a first time fur mom to an 8mo old shihpoo. Charli has been a patient at CSAH since we got her at 8 weeks in January 2021. She has always had a great experience in the clinic and never gives me a hard time when I have to drop her off for her appointments. In fact she practically jumps into the staff member's arms when they come out to get her ( I am convinced that she is part kangaroo !!).

Dr. Slome and his team are superb. I wish he also was a human doctor! He listens carefully to what this pet mommy is seeing and takes everything seriously. He is gentle and sensitive when sharing information, and offers options for costly treatments whenever he can. My first experience with Centre Street Animal Hospital was 5 years ago when I began my Co-op placement with them. Being behind the scenes at the clinic, I was able to see firsthand the incredible treatment and care Dr. Slome and his team provide to their patients. Dr. Slome and his team have been nothing short of exceptional in their care and guidance of our family pet. They are always professional, eager to answer questions and extremely friendly. The staff is professional and more importantly, caring. I feel my dog has the best of care especially with Dr. Slome at the helm. I know that the clinic always has the best interests of our pet(s) ahead of anything else. I've been coming to the clinic for almost 10 years now and can't think of anywhere else I'd rather take our dog.

Dr. Slome has been our vet for at least 15 years and I would never think of taking any of my pets to another vet. The office staff is caring and treats my dogs as though they were their own. A number of options are always presented and there is never any pressure. What's also nice is that the suggested plan of action isn't always the most expensive. Love this practice!
