I called Adam for a second opinion on a brake job recommended by the dealer. Within a very short delay, I had an appointment and Adam confirmed that new rotors were needed. BAW completed the job within a couple of hours at 2/3 the price the dealer had quoted. I'm very impressed with this garage and happy that I found them.

Excellent service! I needed a brake repair and there was a hiccup with the initial part that was installed (Manufacture issue, not Burlington Auto works)
Adam went above and beyond in order to make sure the part was replaced quickly so that I could have my car back asap.

Our BMW X5 was in need of some love with warning lights on and brake issues. Adam was great and helped get the car ready for another winter season. Value is high compared to the dealer experience. It's only the first interaction but I will return for sure.

I had an inspection completed of my vehicle. Adam was polite and professional, and the waiting area was very clean and modern. Adam and his techs were very thorough with the inspection and provided electronic and printed reports with pictures and quotes for repairs. Adam also went through every issue found and answered my questions. I was very happy with the inspection and was sure I had found my go-to mechanic.
