My first visit leveraged a promotion special, so I thought I would check SWC Automotive out. The client administrator - Sandra - was very professional and each interaction was friendly, clear, complete and attentive. What more could one ask for? The environment felt safe, in a Covid protocol sense, and it was clean and comfortable while I waited (which really was not long at all). SWC does a decent walk-around vehicle multipoint inspection and quickly generates a reasonable assessment of what is good and what needs attention. I received a flyer advertising services offered by SWC Automotive. It was time to schedule the tire swap and thought I would give them a try. Very professional, friendly and easy to book an appointment. The value added, I was able to obtain a loaner car for the day which was fantastic as I could go about running my errands without interruption. The service team took photos of my vehicle, ran a complete diagnostic and emailed me the results with suggestions. I truly appreciate it as there were certain items that needed to be attended to, due to safety and with out Canadian winter quickly approaching

Finding a mechanic for our cars is a lot like finding a good doctor or barber. You just want someone that's reliable, honest and knowledgeable. These guys are just that. After our previous mechanic retired, we were in search of someone we could trust that had experience. After seeing their ad in the newspaper (remember those?) and online, we decided to try them out. We gave them a challenge, as my car was having strange electronic/power issues. They were very thorough and fair priced. Great pleasure to deal with; flexible in terms of booking my car for service and even offered a loaner for the day which I really appreciated considering my busy schedule. When it came to pickup my vehicle, they even drove my vehicle to my location and swapped out the loaner ! This saved so much time considering I had an evening event I had to go for that day. Providing pics of the issues they find with your vehicle is a great bonus that I hadn't seen with any other garages or dealerships. I would recommend SWC to anyone who requires a simple oil change to any major work.

Setting the appointment was fast and easy over the phone, dropping the car in the morning was pleasant and professional in a friendly atmosphere. I was told about an inspection, and I was expecting the classic inspection with a discussion at the end, but to my surprise I got an incredible report full of pictures and details on my phone. When I got my car back, I got a complete estimate for all the recommended repairs ... great ... and a "thank you" card on the dash

I went in not knowing much about cars, and left knowing exactly what needed to be repaired and why. The pictures and videos you took and showed me were great. I could trust that I genuinely needed those repairs and wasn't left wondering if I really needed something they recommended. Clayton at the front desk was very patient and made sure I understood everything. Amazing customer service! Burlington's hidden gem!

SWC Automotive located in Burlington Ontario has done a few jobs for me. Alignments and such. I had them install a set of Moog upper control arms and an alignment. One control arm was installed upsidedown and the alignment was off by a mile. Took it to another shop for an oil change and noticed that my control arm was digging into my rubber. Had the mechanic look it over and, he found that the upper control arm was actually installed UPSIDEDOWN! And, my tie rods were pooched. When I confronted SWC Automotive about it, they told me that it wasn't there job to look into th suspension while giving
