Took my wife’s BMW 328D which just came out of warranty to the dealer for a check engine light diagnostic. They not only came back with a false diagnosis but also quoted a hefty price tag. My friend recommended The Auto Station and I decided to try them out. They not only made the right diagnosis but also ordered the part from Germany and fixed the issue saving me thousands of dollars. The service provided was professional, prompt and courteous. The mechanic who worked on it was super knowledgeable about BMWs and took the time to explain the problem we were having and even showed us the damaged

One of the better things about moving to Burlington was finding The Auto Station. Steve, Serena and Grace have taken care of me from regular maintenance through more expensive repairs. I return to them because of their automotive expertise but also their customer service. They are always accessible, communicative and the loaner vehicle is welcome.

Went into the auto station to get my brakes looked at for my 2010 cobalt. The ladies at the front were very sweet and compassionate considering the time of year with my funds being a little tight. They serviced my brakes and helped me out by giving me the proper services needed to ensure my car will last me until the next winter season! Thank you Steve and the ladies at the auto station! Definitely will return for my next oil change!

Went to the auto station for oil change and had my coolant serviced. They have an amazing deal on right now for $100 off of a flush! When I was there I was able to make a list of items that I need to get done in the next six months! They help reassured me that I will be able to keep my car going for the next 10 years! I had some damage on my passenger door. The Auto Station gave me a clear quote and kept to the timeline & price quoted. My door was repaired and it looks brand new! This week I tried something new and headed over to the Auto Station, in Burlington ON, I met the owner Steve and told him and this crew about some of the various issues I had been experiencing with my Mazda 3 hatchback.. Steve and his team were extremely welcoming and helpful, as they even went as far as to send me videos and pictures of the problems I had been experiencing and gave me general knowledge about how they were able to fix these problems. Very affordable and outstanding experience! Thanks Steve and crew!! 😊

Recommended by Goodyear Canada to have my 4 pickup truck tires replaced under warranty (even though purchased through auto dealership repair facility). Appointment quickly setup at a convenient time, work performed quickly with detailed pictures of recommended repairs and free car wash when all completed. Quoted charges for complete front & rear brake job (replace rotors & pads) I must say came in much higher than anticipated, compared to what dealership service centre quoted. Overall a happy experience, super friendly reps Abby & Serena, answered all questions. Would consider coming back again

Great service on fixing an alternator and belt on a 2006 Toyota Corolla. The battery was recently changed through CAA and was not sure what went wrong. It all makes sense with their diagnosis. It runs really smooth now and the sound from muffler is gone. It's a miracle considering how old this car is.

Brent, Steve and the guys here are fantastic! Been going for years. I understand very little about cars and they always talk me through it, try to help me understand, are fast, professional and always deliver top quality results at a great price! I always worry it's going to Costa bundle and the price is always WAY less than I anticipated. Why take my car to the dealership when Auto station is faster, nicer and I have never felt like they took advantage of my cluelessness THANK you guys you are heros!

I've now had several great experiences with the auto station. They've helped us inspect and prepare our car for all our long road trips. Last time I was in several employees kept dropping in to see what was going on and help out/give input. I like the way they do things and always leave feeling confident that my car is good to go.

I drive Taxi for Uber and was getting a noise the day before I brought my car to Steve who had Rick take my concern and deal with me. When I picked up the car I payed them and drove it to find that the noise is the same and never was corrected.
