Thank you to Esther for her assistance in helping me pick out new frames. Once again I'm a happy customer. Been going to the clinic for 10 years and ALL staff have been great. The tech took time to explain the machines and what there purpose was.

If you are looking for an eye exam and want to order your glasses look no further. Dr. Bina Lila is an excellent optometrist with an in-depth knowledge and experience in her field. I feel my eyes are very safe in her hands. The other ladies at the practice namely Ester and Mahrukh are very friendly and courteous. They provide stellar customer service and always go above and beyond to meet your needs. Very affordable and lots of choice of frames and lenses to fit any budget.

The optometrist's are fabulous. The Customer service is poor. Had difficulties with the arm falling off my frame. The front staff was less than helpful "stating they could not fix them" The screw had fallen away from the arm.....Simple 5 cent fix. Yet, they declined fixing them. I remarked that these frames are under warranty still and would surely be covered. I again was told that they could not be fixed and was offered tape around the arm of the frame. I left the store with broken glasses. 20 minutes later the front staff contacted me and ordered me a new frame. Its been over a month and still

Such a great team! Dr. Lila is amazing. She has been the most thorough and informative optometrist Ive had. This place is definitely my go to place to find glasses and sunglasses. They offer huge wide selection of frames. I am a very picky person and the staff has been very patient with me with picking the right frames over the years. Thank you so much for providing such an outstanding customer service for the past 8 years! I definitely recommend this place to all my family and friends.
