I had an issue with my Van as it was overheating. Showed it around but no one could fix it. I happened to call Jack and he was professional and courteous and asked me to bring the Van in. They checked the Van and gave me the exact break down of the services required. I was very happy with their Customer services and professionalism. They basically tell you what exactly is needed and do not overcharge. I am very satisfied with their service and they have a customer for life now.

I was traveling on Friday from Ottawa to Toronto on the highway when the oil light came on just before 6pm. I called the Audi dealer and the best they could do for me to schedule an oil change did not work. I called these guys and they said bring it in first thing in the morning when we open. I brought it in at 8AM. The guy at the counter worked at an Audi dealer before and knew the correct type of oil etc.... They had me in and out very quickly and the price was less than I normally pay to have the work done at a dealer. They were fast and courteous. They also let me know my front brake pads were

The best shop I have ever been to! I brought my truck in for a battery replacement and an alignment, and without asking the shop gave the entire truck a look over and found a few more things that i had no idea about and brought them to my attention.Those issues weren't a nessessity to be fixed at this point but perfect to know for future reference. To top it off two days after I got my truck back I received a call from Jack to check in with me and to make sure the truck was running right and there wasn't any issues with anything.

I had my car serviced here yesterday and I want to acknowledge the excellent service that the team at '"RIGHT TECH AUTO" , Van Jack and Carmen gave me !!
They went way beyond what I would have expected.
Once they confirmed what the issues were with the vehicle, I got a call from Jack who explained what needed to be done. I really appreciated his patience as I know nothing about cars and I put my total trust in him.

I have a 2009 Volvo C30, and these guys took such good care of it. The plate under the motor had come off and the bolts were missing, and the guys at the shop fixed it up within 20 minutes! This place and the people working there are very professional and reassuring. I’ll be driving out to them from Toronto for any future issues I may have with my car! Thank you so much!! :)

Went to Right-Tech for the first time without an appointment on a Saturday and they got my Porsche 911TT on the road in no time. No drama, no extras, just top notch service. I am a repeat customer. Also, they are open on Saturdays, 8am - very convenient for me. The team: Jack, Van and Justin (didn't catch all the names) are dedicated professionals who are good at what they do.

I made a big mistake taking my Range Rover to this shop. I was hearing a loud noise while braking and turning; these guys charged me almost $2000 and did not even fix the problem. In the end, Jack comes and tells me, "your car is in great condition, don't worry about the noise; you can just ignore it."
What? So you didn't fix the noise issue? Then why am I paying almost $2000? Jack is like, "we did brakes and stuff."

I have always been impressed with the service and staff at Right-Tech, but had been going to a dealership for a few years. After being disappointed more than once, I knew I could go back to Right-Tech to get the service I needed.
I was in need of a tire repair and was able to have it done within a couple of hours of calling. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to get in for an oil change quickly as well, since the other place was unable to work with my schedule.
Jack, Van and Justin are knowledgeable, helpful and great to have a conversation with. The espresso was a nice touch as well

My boyfriend made a last minute phone call to this auto shop and with such short notice, they still took my car in for an alignment fix even with a full schedule.
We took my car in 8:30 AM sharp on Saturday and got my car back at roughly 3:00 PM. The adjustment is running smoothly so far. *KNOCKS ON WOOD*
The people are friendly, cracks jokes, build rapports and doesn't treat you weirdly because you're a girl. I've had my fair share of mansplaining. Annoying.
Def recommend.

About one year ago, I had my two vehicles brakes and tires replaced there, including an air conditioning repair.
My very first visit, a week before that, I went in to have my air conditioning fixed on my 2012 Ford Escape. I was expecting $1000 plus. The mechanic and owner uncovered the problem in minutes and did not gouge me at all. Instead, I was out within an hour and 30 minutes, as they needed to test the changes they made to ensure pressure was maintained and cold air was consistent. Cost was around $250.
So, since trust was established, I had the rest of the work done as well... Brakes
