Nice hotel, great location and best view at affordable price. Got all amenities and clean bed. That carpet looks old and gives a look of old hotel with bugs. But found none woke up with no bites.
Nice hard and comfortable mattress for a nice sleep. Included breakfast was better than most stays.

Great hotel with an amazing view. Make sure you pay a little extra and opt for the river view. The river looks stunning in day light and is a treat to the eye. The staff at the concierge was really generous to offer us complimentary parking as we checked In late at night. The hotel was aesthetically decorated for Christmas. The breakfast was not that great as it was packed due to Covid.

Good: Great riverfront location at the foot of downtown. Dog-friendly. Big rooms. Comfortable bed. Reasonably priced. Not so good: very small and cramped parking garage, furniture and carpets getting worn out, grainy & snowy TV image, noisy bathroom fan (that cannot be turned off), very uncomfortable chair and ridiculously uncomfortable sofa in the room. This is not a pan, just being truthful. We'd stay here again.

Worst "hotel" ever! Could even give 0 stars if I could. No handicap ramp so I had to lift my baby's stroller, no door buttons, very weak wifi, had to pay for their own parking, but most of all the rooms seem to have bed bugs and the carpets have huge stains on the floor. Nightmare! Polite staff is the only thing I liked.

The hotel is a little long in the tooth, but the room renovations are quite good.
Check in was a breeze, and my few staff interactions were all great.
Indoor / underground parking is limited and very height restricted. I did appreciate they let me use an outlet (5-15) on the lowered level to top up the electric car. They really need better lighting in the parking garage and stairs from the lower parking level.

One great thing about the hotel is the location. Right in the middle of most of the attractions that Kingston has to offer. However the hotel itself is quite run down. Wallpaper coming off the walls, moldy bathrooms. Decor is old and tired looking. The staff is friendly and try to accommodate your needs.

Pretty run down hotel that's barely ok if you just want a place to sleep.
I have a few complaints.
- there was hair on the toilet
- air conditioner was loud with random vibrations
- rooms are neglected. some minor repairs would have gone a long way.
bedding was good and the staff was friendly.

Amazing little place! Great price for the rooms, especially what you get with them. Beds are comfortable, but if you don't find them suitable, cots are available. The location is stunning, you get to watch the boats come and go. With a room, you get a nice little TV and tons of outlets to charge your devices. (Heads up, kids. Sadly, they don't have Cartoon Network or Disney Channel on the television sets.) The staff are extremely friendly, and are nice to be around. They even want to give us a discount if we come back, which we definitely will be. For an old place, it's well maintained and pretty

The price was reasonable for the area. Great waterfront reviews. Staff was friendly. We booked a queen room but were given a double. The mattress was hard, it felt like we were sleeping on the ground. The pillows were awful and we woke up with sore necks. Hotel is quite dated and could use some upgrades. Would not stay again. It's worth spending a bit extra for a nicer room at a different hotel.

The room was nice( king, lake view), clean, had everything we needed. Great location, very friendly staff, so we would stay again. Only two things that need to improve: bed is hard and you need to have Gluten-free and lactose free options for the breakfast, which was very good for me, but daughter couldn’t eat much.

The heating unit squeals, the room is in the basement beside the parking garage and the floor in the room is painted cement. The walls in the room are dirty and scuffed up. There aren’t water bottles in the room. We requested a refund and the hotel said no.

They say all their beds are queens but they are 54” which makes them a double bed. When questioned about it I was given google stats that confirmed I was right and the girl blew me off and told me to deal with Expedia.
