Thank you for your hospitality! We were treated very well upon check in and they were very accommodating and understanding to our situation. Would definitely go back and will recommend to others. We stayed for Drs appointments scheduled all day and were allowed late checkout without extra fees being tacked on. This was so helpful in alleviating stress and we were able to keep a 1 year old comfortable so he could be calm for his appointments. Thanks again

I booked a stay at the Ambassador as my husband was having an operation in Kingston. Due to the uncertainty of length of time I would have to stay, staff were very obliging and polite when from day to day I had to rebook. On the last day ,he was not discharged until late afternoon and they graciously allowed me to stay my room until that time with no extra charge I was very grateful and would recommend this hotel to anyone.
