UPDATE: Has been bought By a group of folks and being turned into a Super 8. The restaurant formerly known as cousins on king is being turned into a Wild Wings. A Welcome addition into a community that truly does love it's chicken wings. Welcome and good luck folks!! I frequent this establishment for a variety of reasons. All of them enjoyable. I recommend for sure.

Was not pleased with this place, book because of the spa service only to have them cancel it the day of the service. not very clean place, had to buy my own tissue, none were provided, could not take a bath, the plug was broken. breakfast had eggs, sausage and white or brown toast and 1 kind of bagel, cereal. no fruit or muffins/danish had to ask for cream cheese, they kept it hiding in the back. had better at cheaper hotels. the grounds could have used work, very unkept. tv was very small and fridge didn't get cold. will not stay there again or recommend

This place is horrible. Don't stay here. The place wreaks of mildew . We had to turn the AC on high to kill the stench. Bathroom shampoos were half used and left for the next guest. Disgusting! Floor was sticky and there were dust bunnies and filth behind the furniture we noticed this because 1/2 the plugs were burnt out and we were looking for a spot to plug our phones in. Throw pillows on the beds were soiled. Lots of grime around the sink and soap dish in the bathroom and a rusted heat vent. "This Dump" was grossly overpriced and the pictures were misleading. Certainly didn't depict the Super

It's a motel style "inn". Kind of outdated which is fine.
Fairly clean rooms. Upon arrival however we were told cleaning of rooms are available upon request. Meaning they're not cleaned daily unless it's requested.
Seems there is not enough staff.
Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
Restaurant next door (owned by the motel) offers good pub fare and service is very good.
Beds are very comfortable so you get a good night's sleep here.

Cute and family friendly!
Attentive service from front desk.
We were stuck in a poor situation due to ramada gananaque and Carol spoke with the owners who totally helped us!
People that care!!!!!
Breakfast is basic but gets you fed.
Pool is clean..
Rooms could use an update but it's got that classic motel feel but clean.

Our son and daughter-in-law were with us an both the rooms we had were filthy, garbage cans were full of mould, the bathtub had a big crack on the bottom, it smelled musty, our son had the change rooms because of mould and holes above the door , no shower curtain. In the morning everything in our room was damp and my sons room the floor was full of water. This was unacceptable, we asked for our money back and she refused, not to mention she had already charged our credit card for 2 nights. The had to fight and managed to get 123.00 instead of 300.00. On the brighter side the food at the restaurant

Definitely not worth the money! I will start out with the positives. The bed was comfortable.
Now the rest, mildew smelling. The little fridge in the room runs so loud it sounds like an alarm clock and the so called good breakfast that is included is powdered egg and microwaved frozen in the middle sausage. I feel completely nauseous after eating their breakfast. What looks like once was a beautiful motel is run down and not well taken care of. This is a place where they only care about your money and not your experience. Definitely will not be back
