They ghosted me not once but twice. I had been seeing someone there for over a year who unfortunately quit the practice. On our last session she introduced me to what would be my new therapist. Assured me they would call me to set up a consultation, never heard from them. I ran into my old therapist and told her about it, she told me that sadly I was not the only former patient to tell her that this happened. She even reached out to the office a second time for me, got confirmation from them that they would call me that week to set up an appointment, and again, nothing. Now they have the nerve

I felt rejected, they didn't give me an appointment because I explained my daughter's condition, I thought they would at least give her a try, but what I got from them is that you had to be in good condition mentally before booking an appointment, I am asking an appointment for my daughter because she is unwell not because she is well. I'm dissapointed.
