Services
We act for landlords in all multi-residential legal issues. We act for property owners, property managers, assessment consultants, appraisers and certain commercial and not-for-profit tenants in matters involving property taxes. We also act for property owners, property managers and certain tenants in commercial leasing matters.

I have always found them to give me honest advice and what I needed to hear not what I wanted to hear. When it comes to ONTARIO rental housing it’s stacked against the landlord for the most part and they are good at telling me how to navigate the complex law. I also feel that they don’t pad their hours or look to prolong things to bill more hours. They are aware there bill is an expense and as landlords we want to minimize all our expenses. They are not cheap but they are good value.
