I was welcomed by a very nice host, and given lots of information about my stay. My stay was brief as I had an appointment early the next morning at nearby hospital. The hotel is a repuposed nursing home, so you need to expect as much. My room was with half bath and queen bed. My bed was comfortable, the room very warm and bathroom was perfect for a one night stay; shower was available across the hall, dorm room style. I love vintage quirks like metal cabinet in bathroom, and built in shelving in closet. The room smelled clean like a hospital, carpet was clean, as well as the bathroom and bed.

We had a room with two single beds and a full bathroom. Our room had a small TV, we didn't use it and no fridge. It is minutes from University Hospital. This is a great place to stay if you have to be at the hospital. The room was small but very clean. The people very friendly and eager to help. The price was great. We will stay there when we need to go back to the hospital. Actually we'd stay there no matter the reason we were there. I read some of the reviews and it's hard to believe it's the same place we stayed at.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!
This was the WORST place I have ever attempted to stay at!! The photos on the website are NOT AT ALL a true representaion of how it looks! It is located on the second floor of an odd building, with a rude receptionist positioned in the center of the hall.
The room was small with a dirty bed and strong smoke smell. It had a back door to a joint balcony, which was unlocked. There was no front door lock from the inside of the room. The outdated joint floor washroom had a enormous hole in the wall that was completely exposed. It was a very scary and dodgy accommodation and we

You get what you pay for. The closet and drawers stunk of something, like some strong disinfectant. Couldn't put my clothes in there. Put my laptop in one day and it picked up the smell. The curtain had brown stains that looked like blood and the dead squished spider in the shower room just sits there like a wall decoration. And my bread, don't know what happened to it (probably thrown away cos I didnt put a label) ya my bad but I'm still not happy about it. The vending machine(I think that's where the noise came from) is so loud you can hear it in the rooms nearby. Very nice receptionists friendly

The place is very close to UWO and downtown London. There have some wall and lights damaged though, the room is so spacious, cleaness, and comfortable. The staff are very nice and willing to help. Just one thing need to mention that the parking may not be easy to find and it would be much more help if a sign stood at the entrance.

Honest review: nothing fancy about this place, but nothing to complain about. I stayed in a queen bedroom with a half bath, and it was actually really nice. The room was fairly spacious, the tv was a bit small, but there was a door to the balcony which was nice. Good A/C, front desk was super friendly and let me use their charger. Overall it was a really nice and pleasant stay. 1 downside: 2 ply

Overpriced and dirty accommodations. They charge for the whole stay on check-in. The carpets were stained, there was dust everywhere, and the bedsheets and pillows were stained. The room was very small and didn't have any tables or surfaces to put things on. The bed had a spring mattress that was hard and uncomfortable.

Great location near western university. You can use the kitchen yet some room has kitchenette. They are maintaining covid related rules yet i saw one bearded person without mask at reception when i was checking in. No phone/intercom from your room, they provide some dish, spoon, knife, tin cutter and basics in toilet. No water bottle in room. No slipper to use inside room (floor carpet in very dirty and cold, i was in ground floor). No room service or cleaner came to clear out garbage or clean washroom. I saw ant crawling and lining up behind the bed at the edge of floor.
