Room smelled like smoke so requested a different room. Went to second room and entire hallway smelled like smoke. Got a third room and walked in on an occupied room! They need to improve the ventilation so the building doesn’t reek of smoke, and they need to improve their booking technology and staff training as it is a HUGE safety and security risk that we were provided key card access to a room that was occupied. While they gave us our money back, there wasn’t a single apology made from the two staff at the front desk. Terrible customer service. Had previously stayed here multiple times but

Room is big, clean and quiet. Which is usually all I ask for but I guess being asked to Superman jump out of the bathroom and onto the bed so I don’t hit my shin on the bed frame is just bonus. A couple other annoyances are the glass on the desk which means I need to use a book as a mouse bad and there was very low water pressure. Otherwise it’s fine. Good for the price.

My fiancé and I stayed there for two nights and were really impressed. Devin was unbelievably helpful and made us feel super welcome. We really appreciated his help. Awesome hotel, definitely very highly recommend!

I cannot recommend this place. For the price of my two night stay, I could have stayed at a competitive hotel close by for a better experience. I was happy to try this place for the experience of the suite. However, there was no housekeeping and was told housekeeping is every third night of a stay. There was enough towels and coffee for a two night stay at best. The towels were scratchy. I was on a lower level room where the doors had to be slammed to shut properly. All night up to 3am I could here doors slamming as people were entring/leaving their suite. I could hear a dog barking for hours.

This a nice hotel. It is clean. The rooms are very nice. The front door staff are extremely nice and helpful. Underground secure parking is available at $16 a night. It is a short walk to many restaurants and pubs. We especially enjoyed the Thai restaurant just above the railway tracks. The reason the hotel did not get five stars is quite simple. The doors to the room, do not have any dampers on them, so when people are coming and going and slam their doors accidentally, it is quite loud. Also a small retrofit of the under the door sealers would stop a lot of the hotel corridor noise I think.

Should I carry my own towels when I check in this hotel?
I would give 3.5 star because the room was not clean even though it's affordable, good location and well renovated. But, with this unreasonable experience, I would give one star.
The story about the towel policy of the hotel is below.
After checking-in the hotel last week, there were only two bath towels in the room. The room we checked in was two queen bed and one sofa bed room and we are four of two adults and two kids. So, Next day, when we were coming back to hotel from dinner, we requested to provide us with more towels at the reception

Great beds! Clean place and decent breakfast; my issue is with many of these hotels! If you use a 3rd party like Hotels.com, you don’t get access to all of the rooms? Not my first time that a 3rd party company was a problem for the hotel…. Maybe call the hotel directly before you decide to use those booking apps!

We had an awesome stay at the Park! The suite was beautiful and the bed was one of the comfiest I’ve ever slept in. We got a king suite on the 14th floor and the view was lovely.
The bedroom was very bright but know there are not a lot of lights throughout the suite so turn on a lamp before you leave if you’re gonna be out past dark.
Our fridge did not work so my food went bad but they comped our $6 water so not a big deal. Parking wasn’t cheap but it was underground and there was lots of space, so not bad.
The hotel is beautiful and I highly recommend it if you’re visiting London. The

Double queen suite was a good size for 2 adults and a child. We had originally booked a king suite, but due to some obvious loud guests the front desk moved us floors before we checked in, which was very appreciated. Parking was good (included in the package we bought), place was mostly clean (our room had some areas of walls splattered that might have been cleaning supplies or juice). Staff were friendly when called for more towels, shampoo etc. In the room. Small fridge and microwave, and nice sitting area.
The "grab and go breakfast" was pretty sad. I know everyone is doing their best during
