The hotel itself is neat and clean with modern rooms and friendly staff. It's also great that it is super centrally located.
We were a little surprised to learn upon arrival that we need to use the paid parking lot at the market which was a bit tricky to manage and carry luggage over from the underground parking lot during peak event hours.

Upon arrival into the lobby (wearing masks) we were cheerfully greeted by guest services. We were directed to fill out the covid safety sheet upon entering. The whole lobby was decorated in seasonal decor and it was very adorable. We had arrived earlier than expected for check in, I apologized, guest services did not have a problem with this at all. They checked if our room was available, luckily it was and we were allowed to check in early! They checked our vaccination status and identification, and check in was very smooth. We had the King Suite, highly recommend as if you are a taller person

This has been my favourite hotel that I've ever stayed in. We had a really great experience with the staff. They were helpful and super friendly and appreciate small things to keep the place as clean as we can. The room was unique and different than other places I've stayed before. The colours and theme of the room were really relaxing to stay in. I prefer a bit darker themes and looks of rooms so this was great for me. It kind of sucks that there isn't really much of a view of anything from this hotel. But we didn't go for the view or the room, we went for London and things to do there

Had to drive around for 30 minutes to find a parking spot because the email told us to park out front to check in and get parking information. Then we get to the door and it's locked and we have to go through a bar in order to get to check in. By this point I am beyond mad!!!!!
Then to top it off you have to pay 20 dollars for parking each time you move your vehicle 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
What kind of place is this that doesn't have a place to park. My husband and I left and went to another hotel absolutely horrible !!!!!!

For the first time in my life, I discovered that the parking at every hotel accommodation I've stayed at was an amenity. Parking at this hotel is surcharged at an additional $19, ( which they indicated was discounted ; bless their hearts). Wait there's more! Once you park your vehicle and leave for whatever reason, you have the pleasure of being surcharged again. I found this to be unfathomable. Still trying to wrap my head around it.

The room was nice, though not the one I booked. I specifically chose the hotel because of the bathtub. They were overbooked so weren't able to accommodate me into the room I booked, apparently I was given the ONLY queen suite without a tub. The first desk lady couldn't have seemed less excited to be there. She was extremely short when speaking to us. We were offered a bottle of wine to make up for the lack of tub, but once we turned that down (due to the fact we do not drink) we weren't offered anything else to make up for their mistake.
