This was definitely the best experience when it comes to eye exam. Doctor was super patient and knowledgeable, willing to answer to all my questions, took time to exam my vision properly with no rush! I have no words to be good enough to explain how helpful the staff was with helping me to choose perfect frames that fit me the best. Especially nowadays when every single frame that was tried has to be disinfected again, the lady didn't hesitate to offer me minimum 20 different styles so I can be sure which ones are the "one"! Highly recommend!

My appointment was in April, so it has been almost year but I waited to review
I did purchase new glasses at the appointment, but I am very disappointed with them. I have not been able to wear them, any longer then a few hours and I am dizzy and nauseas and extreme headaches.
I was not able to adjust to the new glasses ( which is why I waited so long to review incase I did)
I end up wearing my old glasses, I do not have coverage, So I am very upset with the loss of money
the exam it's was also very very quick, which might have affect the accuracy of the prescription , the doctor was polite

I went to the Visions West Hills yesterday evening to pick up a fire TV stick and I asked the employee three times if I have to pay for everything else besides buying the stick or is everything free he told me to open up a Google account and I don't have to pay for anything else and I asked him three times because I knew nothing about this pic. Well it looks like I have to pay for services but I get the apps for free. I called Visions this morning and the gentleman told me that I was absurd to think that any customer would think that you would get the services for free. I would bypass this electronics

Booking the appointment was super easy. Staff were friendly, inviting and informative. They took note of my husband's sensitive eyes and did as much as they could to ensure the exam went smoothly. Dr. Julie was by far one of the best I've had, and was super friendly in updating my prescription. Clean, open, bright store with nice selection of frames.
