Regular eye exams for contact lens patients are essential to ensure that cornea health is maintained. The cornea has no direct blood supply, and relies on oxygen from the air. For this reason, contacts are classified as medical devices that if improperly worn or maintained can cause adverse ocular reactions.

Never mind all the reviews that talk well about the business in question. This is a tactic to get most possible economical benefit out of a patient no matter Rich or Poor. If the patient is not willing to buy the most expensive package than, they make it a night mare. My girlfriend had the worst experience ever.. Just look at some other patients reviews. after our experience I do strongly believe their complaints. Today after seeing a real Doctor with the proper eye prescription , she finally has a 20/20 vision even if she was told to have other complications... unbelievable!

Fantastic experience at Clairhurst Eye Care. Doctor Oladeji was very professional and paid attention to details. The staff at the front were amazing in assisting me with what I needed for my frames. So excited I got two new unique frames and lenses. I will definitely be coming back and referring friends and family.

Very professional service provided. The reception desk was efficient and friendly. The doctor was very informative and thorough with my eye examination, explaining the readings and testing results so a lay person would understand. I Would definitely go back and bring the rest of my family.

Very friendly staff. Every single person we encountered was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and went out of their way to make our visit amazing. They are really great with kids. We actually had fun getting our eyes checked as a family. The doctor went over details of the exam and was very informative. Glad we found Clairhurst Eye Care! We will be back.

We've been going to this place for over 10 years now and they always provide great service. Dr. Oladeji is great with kids and explains things well. Consultation is pricey but that's because it's quite intensive. Eyeglasses can be pricey but they always give options and sometimes coupons to help keep the price down. Always a pleasure going here. Parking is bad since it's on St. Clair West but there are always parking around the area (free or paid) just have to walk a block or two.

Went in for eye exam and a prescription update. I have trouble focusing at work and they suggested vision therapy. Just came out of my first session and am feeling very confident that the exercises and therapies will help! Everyone there is very friendly and invested in your eye care.

They are very thorough and efficient. Dr Oladeji was very pleasant and patient, she listened to my concerns and addressed every one of them; And they are kid friendly, I had to go in with my 5 month old baby and they were very accommodating .They also have a wide selection of frames, which I loved. I highly recommend them, and I'll definitely keep going back.

I would highly recommend that you do not go to Clairhurst Eye Care if you need to get contact lenses. After three unsuccessful lessons of trying to put the contacts in, the optometrist told me that she, "usually sends patients like me home," and even seemed frustrated with my inability to put them in. After having dealt with this unprofessionalism, I attended another optometrist's office, and there, I got the contacts in within half an hour. The only highlight of my experience here was one staff member at the front desk who was always kind and considerate. Ultimately, if you wish to seek out a

My son and I, were recently at the Doctors office, went to get my eyes tested and was I glad to find out she also does kids eye exams also. Myson is good, glad he does not need glasses like his mom lol.
The reception at the clinic was welcoming, poliet and over the top.
This Doctors office carries top of the line frames, was over joyed when my glasses came back in, looked even better than I remembered.
I loved her she took her time to work me thru all the test I did and what to expect, as I had felt pressure in one eye.
Very happy with her service. 😀
