As a member of the veterinary medical profession, I solemnly swear that I will use my scientific knowledge and skills for the benefit of society. I will strive to promote animal health and welfare, relieve animal suffering, protect the health of the public and environment, and advance comparative medical knowledge.
Nicole was born with a passion for Veterinary Medicine. She learned the ropes of the profession very early in life. By age 21 she had learned and worked all positions of the hospital (except for DVM). In 1996, she became the Hospital Administrator and General Manager. Since then, she has been key in facilitating gold-standard care to the Pets and Pet Owners of London ever since!

Our cat Matthews showed signs of blocking with crystals on Monday morning. We got in contact with the wonderful @firthvet who prescribed some meds for him since we were not 100% sure he was blocked. Matthews has a tendency to hold his bladder and can make us worry 🤦♀️
Tuesday, he was not peeing at all. We got him into Firth where they were able to use noninvasive techniques to nearly empty his bladder! I was very pleased to see that my beloved cat, Elmo was in good hands, and cared for to help me know what is/was going on with his health. We needed a new vet after moving to the area and are so happy we found Dr. Firth! Him and his staff were extremely thorough, knowledgeable, personable and welcoming. I have never felt more comfortable with a vet and I know our dog was well cared for. Their post appointment explanation and follow up was exceptionally communicative, supportive and educational. I have called this animal hospital after I have exhausted all resources at another vet, just to walk out with no answers other then bring pup back and run numerous tests that cost over 800$. The staff here at this vet were extremely helpful and actually listened to my concerns, gave me lots of information. They are very thorough with the work they do to ensure your pup will get better. This will now be our forever vet.

We recently took our new puppy in for her first check up and she needed some of her first puppy shots. The experience was absolutely wonderful. The staff were so kind and informative. Wonderful experience with our Coco. It wasn’t ideal to hand her over but we obviously understood due to covid 19 guidelines. And the way the staff kept us in the loop with everything, really really was thoughtful and also impressed us at how amazing they have adapted to the ever changing covid times. Certainly recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you again for wonderful experience👌🏽

Our Bella had her first patient check up today and the staff was fantastic!! Though we couldn’t go in with her, when the staff came out with her they were so pleasant to deal with and Bella was went in with them no problem. She is typically shy with new people. We were even given a certificate for Bella’s bravery and they took photos!
