Oh, Kelly! What a gem! I got an appointment during a very difficult time...the phase 2 reopening. They were very accommodating with the time of my appointment...and I was really pleasantly delighted with how clean the salon is!
Ok...back to Kelly....she really listened to me whining and moaning about my mess of hair. And she "got" me. The time I spent in her chair was delightful, refreshing...and I looked a-ma-zing when I left! And I didn't break the bank! For the first time in months, I let my shoulders drop, and I smiled. Thanks, Kelly!

First time going for a haircut and have friends/family go here, the cut was okay a little bit missed and got cut a couple times. Nothing major just minor cuts, had a wash after and a bit of styling done. 4/5 due to the cuts but would go again and recommend
Covid- they checked temperature and do the screening, everything was clean and one dresser dropped a comb and got a new before going. They did a good job with it but might be nice to have screens in between the chairs

They were just great. me and my bf got a hair cut there, and they were all very nice, super professional and did an amazing job on our hair. I gotta say that Claudia, the lady who cut my hair, did an excellent job. I showed her a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and she did exactly what I asked.
I never had such a great experience with a hair cut before. The people who cut my hair in the past always ended up doing whatever they wanted, but Claudia did a perfect job. I will def come back!!

There were so many problems with this place. I had issues trying to book an appointment with them, and when I arrived, the stylist was not available and I was stuck with a different person. I had a photo of the style of the cut I wanted and he never came close to it. It was an absolute mess and did not suit me at all. It was one of the worst hair cuts and experiences I've been through since moving to Cambridge. I do not recommend this place!

I went as a walk in customer to try this place, it was a good experience. Brittany did my hair and it was quiet appreciating. Customer service is very nice. I liked the waiting area which is comfortable and the washroom is also made easily accessible. Along with Fashion magazines, They have books for kids as well. Prices are standard just like any other Salon. Highly recommended to give it a try. The only con is I am not very sure if they have more than 4 parking spots in front of their place. You can give a call to check before u plan to visit this place. Second time, it was the Owner who cut
