New to the KW area and I was referred to see Laura. She was amazing!! Cut and styled my hair and I now feel so much better about myself. She gave me curtain bangs which I love. I would definitely recommend seeing Laura if you are in need of a hair stylist. I will be going back :)

I've seen Laura since last summer and I have been so impressed every time. She takes her time to really understand what you're looking for, makes great recommendations, is very attentive to detail and never cuts more than necessary. I would highly recommend her to anyone with long hair looking for a great stylist.

I had my haircut by Laura and it was a great experience as always! The salon itself has a very nice atmosphere, the staff is excellent and Laura is extremely nice and professional. I have thick hair, but she tackles it like a pro and I have always had a positive experience with her as my stylist. She is also amazing at hair colouring as well (she got me to a bright blonde from black hair and it looked amazing). It’s especially hard to find a stylist who knows how to work with dark + thick hair, but Laura makes it look so easy! I would recommend her to anyone:)

I always leave amazed by the work Ivana does. She always makes my hair look amazing, if not better than what I ask for. She really goes above and beyond for her clients and provides amazing service. I have never left Ivana's chair with my hair feeling broken, dry, or brittle and I am constantly changing my hair up. She makes sure that my hair is healthy and gives me tips on how to ensure my hair stays healthy. 100% recommend going to Ivana for your hair styling needs.

I went to Chantelle today for my extensions as well as my partial after going to another salon for the last 10 years. The level of expertise was second to none. The most dramatic change I have seen to my hair in a LONG time. Being blonde, it’s hard to find someone to do it correctly and Chantelle exceeded my expectations and took her time making sure my hair goals were met. Absolutely AMAZING service from Ivana! Felt super welcomed and got exactly what I wanted. Haven’t coloured my hair a lot and definitely want to continue. Honestly pretty disappointed with my experience here. Staff were all very friendly and nice but I feel I should have been told before we started that they’re not able to achieve the colour I want. I wanted pink and here’s what I got:

I can totally understand what you are saying, but I did tell the stylist at the beginning of the appointment that I had box dye (which was actually a lightener, not a "dark colour" on my hair), and I just feel that at that point in time I should have been informed that the colour would not turn out as expected, but throughout
