Active Release Technique is a highly effective manual technique. We take your muscle through its full range of motion while we apply longitudinal tension to the muscle. Shockwave Therapy is very high intensity sound waves that cause small micro trauma which reminds the brain to heal the symptom site and literally regenerates tissues in that area.

Basically, we take your muscle through its full range of motion while we apply longitudinal tension to the muscle at the same time. This applies an aggressive stretch to the muscle and ensures the muscle is moving freely. We apply this technique to individual muscles to ensure the muscles are moving and working independently of each other.
Shockwave Therapy is an extremely high intensity sound wave. You may hear it referred to as Shockwave Therapy, as we do in our clinic, or you may hear the term Extracorporeal Shockwave Therapy (ESWT). The sound waves cause small micro trauma which reminds the brain to heal the symptom site and literally regenerates tissues in that area.

I highly recommend Montgomery Massage Therapy! I suffered for 7+ years with foot and ankle pain. During those years, I saw multiple physiotherapists and massage therapists with little to no improvement. After just three ART and Shockwave treatments with Tracy, I have already seen excellent progress. The pain is significantly reduced and mobility has improved. I could not be happier and more grateful to Tracy!

Found Tracy based on reviews online. I was not disappointed. She takes time to meet and get to know the issues of the patient. She makes sure that she can improve your condition before she takes your condition - unlike other health service professionals... Her manipulations are on point, and helped me.

Two and a half years ago I had to give up golf in September. I was unable to hit a golf ball due to golfers elbow. I tried rest and ice followed by physio and the related exercises but had no improvement. Then after multiple sessions in January and February with Tracy and her Shockwave therapy and ART I was subsequently able to play golf twice a week during the entire month of March in South Carolina. Tracy was amazing.
Recently I had a foot problem, plantar fasciitis, such that I was unable to walk. Once again because of multiple sessions with Tracy and her Shockwave therapy and ART, as well

Awesome therapist!!! Great working hours, great location and nice clean office and ample parking. I met Tracy at a running room lecture. Her information was concise and practical. I went in with some lower leg discomfort and within two treatments was feeling much better. After my 4 th treatment I’m over 90% better.
