Jack's Place is a pub style restaurant, located by the second green and part of the Bear Mountain Resort Village. Where you can dine above the clouds, while over looking the beautiful City of Victoria. It's your place to kick back and relax after a round of golf, watch the game, host a party or chat with friends.

The pub-style menu, has a savory selection that ranges from wings, burgers, wraps, pizzas, pasta and sushi. Jack's Place/Kuma Sushi also offers patrons a sampling of specialty beers from draft to bottled plus a large selection of wines. With seating for 200 inside and additional seating for 200 outside on the patio, Jack's Place/Kuma Sushi has become a popular spot for special functions, BBQs and weddings.

The price is on the higher end but food is great and portions are huge. Check the drinks menu as this place has huge variety of great cocktails. If you have a chance to sit by the bar you will be amazed with the bartenders work.

Pub-like environment and energy. Service was friendly, efficient and patient with a group of 6. Food came out hot and based on reactions, everyone enjoyed their meals with many taking home what they could not finish.

We stayed at the resort next door and decided to order dinner at Jack's. My husband went to pick up the food and we were impressed by the flavors and quality of food. We ordered the cheeseburger, spicy chicken bites, Neptune Halibut, and Dynamite Roll. The Halibut was fresh and seasoned well and I love the cream sauce. I really enjoyed our dinner and would definitely come back when we stay at the resort next time.

The food here is terrible. We ordered two steaks medium well. What we got was two steaks drowned in gravy. The steak was dry, which is why the cook had drowned it in gravy. Steak should never need anything on it, because it should be juicy on its own, IF THE COOK KNOWS HOW TO MAKE STEAK. This place has a cook but clearly needs a chef,

Worst restaurant I have been to in a long time. was lots of waitresses on and slow restaurant. Still super bad service. when served my food my drink was empty. Was not filled thrunentire meal,which was horrible. Not once was I asked how I was doing or how the food was. When I told them it was horrible and me and my gf ordered same thing with out… plates barely touched they gave us 15% off which I still tipped more than that cause I'm silly like that. So paid more than full price for garbage service and garbage food. Would have been disappointed still if they gave the food for free as I had

Too cold and windy on the extended patio some heaters would be appreciated. We asked to be moved out of the wind we were told no one moves after they've been seated, there was three empty tables under cover and out of the wind.. We even offered to wipe down the table it was that cold!!!

Food was fine, pretty basic pub fare and totally alright. Genuinely the worst coffee I have ever had. Turned grey when I added milk to it. One sip was more than enough for me.
Three different sports playing, so good atmosphere for sports people.
