Update - We had experienced an issue during our trip, pertaining to the hotel room we were initially booked in (not the type of room we had booked/were promised). However, it turns out that this was an error on the part of the hotel, and there was some miscommunication when investigating what had occurred and relaying the message back to our group.
The owner of BC Golf Safaris, Patrick, was attentive in responding to the concerns shared and was very pleasant to deal with. Appreciate his efforts to rectify the situation for us. Look forward to traveling with BC Golf Safaris sometime in the future
