Normally I would prefer to get a root canal than shop for a new car ... that is until I was lucky to have Cheryl as my salesperson and find this hidden gem. I am the first to admit I am not an easy customer. She was delightful in every part of this process. I had a great experience with the owner as well as the mechanic who changed out the headlight for me (I really wish I got his name, he was great too). I bought my first car here about a month ago. Cheryl helped me look at the options I had in my price range and was very helpful. I was in touch with her for a couple days before I actually made up my mind, and when I was sure she was beyond helpful.
The customer service was very good, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable, and did their best to ensure I had the best price for this car in the area. When I finally purchased it i was too excited to leave it for the night to get it detailed, so they let me take it home and bring it back the next day for the complimentary detailing.

Doug Haberstock tried to sell me a Dicovery II a few years ago, and the transmission skipped when accepting fast. They where select of which transmission shop they would deal with, and the Raised the price by a $1000 or $2500! I don't know the exact amount any more. It was 6 years ago. Just the same, the same sales man is there and it was the worst used auto sales I ever visited! I have never had a company raise the selling price! I would Never buy from them! They never explained why they where raising the price, but I think it was so I wouldn't buy it, and they could find a unsuspecting

I had my car in for an oil change at Weber Mazda. The recommended some services such as flushes and said it would cost me over $1100 dollars I brought my car into Alberta Truck and Auto and had them look at it. They also recommended I get these done but the cost was just over $500. Over 50% savings here I will be getting all my work done here from now on!

I have been looking for a specific vehicle for quite some time with no luck. I found it at this dealership so I went for it. I had taken it for a couple of test drives with no issues except some tire pressure lights blinking when the tire pressure was in fact fine. Regardless, the guys there told me that if it didn't go away within one week that I could bring it back and they would look further into that problem. Upon signing paper work, the man let me know that I would have 30 days to bring this car back with ANY mechanical issues and they would get it looked at and fixed with no questions

Terrible and unreliable service. I had to take my car in multiple times for the same issue leaving me stranded every time and having to pay for multiple tow trucks and cab rides (they didn't even offer a courtesy shuttle or help leviate those costs after work was promised to be done). I was billed for parts that weren't installed, and billed for work that was not necessary.

I previously probably would not have considered going to a used car dealer (vs. a dealership), but I was looking for a certain car and didn't have much luck through private sellers or at a dealership.
After a disappointing experience at Gateway Toyota, I searched for the type of car I wanted on Kijiji and this place had an ad up. I headed over and saw the car in the lot. I was with my dad and my husband, and we looked at the exterior, which looked good. No visible damage, but the car (along with all of the others) was very dirty as it had rained heavily the night before and the lot is just
