Weather interfered with my golf trip to the island but Patrick went above and beyond my expectations. Although I was unable to enjoy the golf I had hoped for the customer service I received from Patrick as well as Herman more then made up for the disappointing weather. Although I was unable to get the golf in I had wanted, I will be sure to return and book with this company again. Customer service is paramount in my business, and it’s clear that the same goes with this company. Thank you for making things right.

If you're looking for a golf trip to the island that's affordable and suitable to your needs, Golf Vancouver Island is the way to go. Herman was super helpful during the entire process as I kept having to modify the reservation due to the indecisiveness of some of my friends. We golfed 3 courses over three days, stayed at the Royal Scot Hotel and had no issues when it came to checking into the hotels and at each golf course. Getting a 20% discount for some local restaurants and bars was a bonus as well. Will definitely be using them again next year to book another trip!

Rather than yielding to the temptation to do something like travelocity for our 40th anniversary arrangements we looked for a local company who knew the tracks and happened onto Herman at Golf Vancouver Island. Why would you play a course for the first time without a local in the group? Herman sized us up perfectly and booked us in at great rates. ( Everything went flawlessly from accommodations to tee times. His deal on the car rental was 3 bucks better than the best as I could get . He went the one extra steps of making restaurant recommendations. We will be back based on this experience except

If I could give them 8 stars, I would. First, I am a bit of a micro-manager... So I over-plan things, sometimes (OK, that is my husband saying that, I never over-plan or micromanage...). This time, I was quite busy at the office and didn't have time to participate so I just shut my eyes and rolled the dice. I could not have planned it any better if I was doing it myself and the trip was one of the best we have taken. It was very easy and completely planned for us!
