We recently had Exclusive Landscaping Construction complete a curbing job (front & back yard) at our residence. We found them to be very professional and prompt in their service. Retaining wall: Nov/Dec 2019 although it looks nice, it was not built according to Alan Bloc specs and guide. Toe drain was not installed proper and Used solid "big O" instead of perforated. I questioned during construction and was assured it would work. After heavy rain, it's clear it does not. I advised him via email and didn't even get a response. Did not tamp each course as per instructions. Did not ensure bottom course was at least 1/2 buried as per instructions. As seniors we were very concerned with accurate price quote. We were ASSURED it would not go over and poss even less as he had some
