Rob and Staff, Pat and I would like to tell all of you how happy we are with our new home! Between Pat and I have have had 6 homes built over our lifetime. We have to say that the workmanship in this home is far superior to any of our other homes. This home and build was first class all the way! It was a problem free build from the day we signed the papers to the day we took possession!
Not only was our home build first class but on top of it all it was a pleasure dealing with Bayshore Construction! In addition to the home our landscaping and concrete work is top notch!

After much research we chose Bayshore Construction to build our forever home and we are so happy we did! Rob McGorman and his professional team were absolutely outstanding. Bayshore has the absolute best carpenters, tradesmen, and suppliers. Everyone who has a hand in your home build takes pride in the work they do and it shows. Build quality and attention to detail is top notch with the exceptional craftsmanship being apparent in everything from the framing to the finishing. Our home was built exactly the way we wanted, on time, and on budget. There were no hidden costs or negative surprises.

What I appreciate most about working with Rob at Bayshore Construction is his honesty. He stands behind his work and when he says he going to do something he does it.
It's reassuring to refer clients over to a home builder when you can trust that they are going to be treated right and that they will end up with a quality home that they will be happy with and proud of.
I have received feedback from clients that have been exceptionally happy with Rob's willingness to give them what they want. They said he listened to their ideas and was willing to find ways to make it happen, even when it was challenging

We built two homes this year with Rob McGorman of Bayshore Construction Inc. It was an excellent experience. Our homes were beautifully built, with quality materials and in a timely manner. The sub trades that work with Bayshore are the best in the area.The trades were always there on the day we were told they would be there. I felt respected as the owner and my opinions mattered. We would highly recommend Rob and his team to build your next home.

Just a quick update on our beautiful home that we had built last year. We had Bayshore do a substantial amount of work on our VERY challenging lot. We found Rob and his crew to be very competent, efficient and easy to work with. I would highly reccomend Rob and his Bayshore Construction Company.
