Purchased a treadmill (and some other pieces) from Kieran. Physique fitness had exactly what we wanted and were very competitively priced. The store had an excellent selection and Kieran let me try out everything first to make sure I was 100% happy. I spotted some other equipment I wanted while I was there and Kieran was very helpful and didn’t try to force a sale, which I really appreciated. Explained the warranties included with the equipment thoroughly. Kieran even helped me load up the truck even though his shift was finishing. Kieran provided us all the information needed to make the proper purchase for our home. He gave us all the positive and negatives of the choices we were looking at, but didn't pressure us one way or the other. He then came and did the delivery himself the next day and put the Treadmill we bought together for us. I am incredibly pleased with the service and professionalism. I highly recommend this store and Kieran if you are looking for exercise equipment. DO NOT GO TO A BIG BOX STORE. The knowledge and expertise PFS can provide is immeasurable.

Prices are reasonable. The staff is super professional. They're willing to help load vehicle. If they don't have certain equipment they will do what they can to make sure you are notified when the equipment arrives. The store is clean. Physique Fitness has been amazing to deal with, realizing that treadmills were in short supply do to the pandemic, I expected to wait for quite some time for my treadmill, they kept me informed the whole time and I was able to upgrade to a slightly better treadmill after I had done a bit more research. My Sole F85 came in much sooner than expected and the pick up was simple as well. Thank you Chris and the rest of the staff for making this so easy. I love my treadmill!

Great staff amazing service! I was searching for a water rower and when I spoke to them over the phone they were extremely helpful, not pushy and very informative. I went to pick up the rower on the same day they had it ready and helped me pack my car. They gave me great advice, allowed me to try it in-store and even offered me a cheaper option in case I wanted to save some bucks. I went with the more pricy option for quality. They were so friendly and told me everything I needed to know to operate and maintain the equipment. I'm so impressed and glad that I shopped local! Thanks Kieran!

Due to the pandemic I was hesitant to go back to my gym, so decided to build my own home gym. I initially tried to order a Sole F80 treadmill directly from the manufacturer but they sold out fast. I was then told that they had a reseller here in Edmonton. They answered all my questions via email in a timely manner. Ordering was then very easy on their website. They also provided free curbside delivery into my garage. I was very happy with the courteous customer service and delivery. I can't give a rating on in store experience, as I have not gone there yet. But if I get the same level

I have shopped several times at Physique Fitness and this will always be my "go-to" fitness store. I recently visited to pick up several smaller items for my daughter who is building herself a little workout area in her apartment. The staff were excellent - very helpful and responsive to my questions but they didn't hover over me and I felt no pressure to purchase. I felt like they really wanted to ensure I received what was best for my/my daughter's needs. I found the prices very competitive and the service was the best. I highly recommend.

I put a deposit on a treadmill a few months ago on an order that was coming in. Chris was fantastic to deal with throughout the whole process. He mentioned that it would be a bit of a wait due to the high demand of fitness equipment and delays due to covid. Anytime we called for an update they were always helpful and let us know if there was any changes. We got a call that our machine was on it's way. We paid the balance off and shortly after the install company called us to organize a day and time to come out. The installers were fantastic and the machine works great. Great service from start

I knew which machine I wanted after a fair bit of research - got the Sole F63. Loads of features for this level of machine. The setup was I credibly straightforward and honestly the features just work.

This is a southisde store where you can buy fitness equipment. It specializes in larger fitness equipment like treadmills, elliptical machines and large weight training sets. My boyfriend and I went here looking for an elliptical machine and needless to say we were out of shape. I felt uncomfortable going into a store like this when I was not in the greatest of shape, but the staff here were really friendly and did not seem judgemental at all.
