months ago with Mr. Ahmed and it was a great experience. We did everything over email before executing the Wills in the office and it was a very smooth process as we wanted to limit in person visits. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!
It is extremely frustrating to see that after 14 weeks of our initial contact we receive an email saying that our case was not part of their "expertise", and that ELG will not be able to proceed. Not only they took MORE THAN FOURTEEN WEEKS to deny the service, but they excuse themselves from it only FOURTEEN DAYS before the completion day of our townhouse purchase.
The very first sentence, in the very first email we sent to ELG says, and I quote: "My partner and I just bought a pre-paid lease-hold Strata property in Tsawwassen with a mortgage with TD Bank". That

I am sorry to say that the way Equity Law Group handled our case was unacceptable. The firm was informed on February 22, that the property we were purchasing was a pre-paid leasehold when we sent our initial inquiry. They had our file for 14 weeks and had received all the documents from our Bank and Realtor, and it was not until 14 days before our closing date, and after I sent them some questions that they clearly could not answer, that they told us they didn’t have the experience to work with leaseholds and we needed to find another Law Firm.

My husband and I have been wanting to get our wills done but haven't had the time to do it. We were just walking by the office and decided to pop in and check out the pricing. The couple's will pricing is very good and they were able to book us an appointment after-hours to accommodate me and my husband's busy schedule - which I really appreciate.
