Dr. Kin and his staff are so pleasant and kind! When you walk into the office you are greeted with smiles and kind words. It is easy to see that everyone enjoys their jobs. Dr. Kin is efficient and kind and he talks you through your procedure. For someone like myself who has high anxiety sitting still he moves quickly and is sensitive to what is happening during the process. He is patient and doesn't seem to be rushed although his office is very busy. Although I have moved out of town I have no intention of seeking out a new dentist. It is worth the trip into town and I highly recommend Big Bay
