Anthony and his crew gave us an offer much lower than 4 others for replacing our ac and furnace to energy efficient ones. They came on time removed the old equipment and put in new ones. They were very careful on stairs not to scratch and did a great job of clean up later. It was in the month of may and we got ample chance to use both the ac and the furnace for past 3 months.

The team at Northwest provided an outstanding experience! Truly professional and insightful. They were very friendly and knowledgeable technicians showed up promptly and on time to help fix and assess the issues with our HVAC system when we were in dire need. They took the time to simplify the underlying issues, gave several different options to correct and improve our system while considering and respecting our financial capabilities. Both my wife and I never felt pressured and really felt respected and in control of our ultimate decision to purchase a new AC and Furnace.

Northwest Gas replaced and relocated my AC, installed a new tankless water heater, and installed a gas BBQ hookup and gas fire table hook up. I also got a Napoleon BBQ through them. Service and price were all fantastic and I've recommended multiple times.

I called Northwest Gas for gas line installation for BBQ and Firepit in January. Work was done on time as promised. Very efficient and professional - from the receptionist; Alissa (very understanding and good listener) to the guys; Marco and Derek; who came to do the job. I replaced my hot water tank to a tankless system and Northwest Gas did an EXCELLENT job. Everybody I dealt with at Northwest were very professional. Special thanks to Anthony, Alyssa and the two technicians who worked so hard in making sure that the system is installed properly. They made the switch over so easy and even took care of removing and returning my old rental water heater. Highly Recommended!
