Very happy with my service from Zed-Air today. They performed a thorough inspection and testing of my heating system, and afterward, they took the time to walk through the work completed. I was thrilled to see the tradesman accompanied by an apprentice; it's great to see Zed-Air investing in the trades future.

Called in and spoke with Cindy to arrange an emergency repair to our air conditioning. She arranged a same day appoint to secure hazard and evaluation of problem . Technician arrived on time and was extremely professional , evaluated problem and came back next morning to complete repairs. The pleasant surprise was the timeliness, no hassles and repaired to our satisfaction. In today’s world this deserves a 10 out of 10 for service and satisfaction. Fantastic everything from Zed-Air Heating! Cindy was most responsive to our questions about replacing our old, no-longer compliant gas fireplace. The installers had to do extra work and customization of the new unit so that it would fit into the existing opening which had originally been a wood-burning fireplace. Even so, our place was left in clean condition. The new gas fireplace is awesome... in looks and in performance. We highly recommend Zed-Air and their entire team!

Recently had some quotes for AC mounting/moving/new options. The owner and staff were very helpful. (Tucked that away for when we need to do it)
Today had Our old Carrier unit (at least 15years) die. ZedAir was here for us same day of call and Drew was awesome. Professional, friendly, and fixed our unit for a very fair price ('twas luckily just a popped capacitor).
Throughout interactions staff seems committed to great service and they are happy to answer questions on or off topic.
