We woke up to a frigid house and we panicked as we also have a newborn. We called the Casati Emergency line and got through to Nicole & Joe who quickly mobilized a technician to diagnose and fix the problem with our furnace. We cannot thank the Casati family enough. Your wonderful service, attentiveness and action to bring warmth back into our home in short order, is much appreciated. A big thank you to Paolo!

I purchased a new furnace from Casati in December 2012 after my old furnace died on a cold winter's day. They installed the new furnace quickly and their technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous. I purchased a new air conditioner from Casati in June 2013. Again, the staff at Casati were helpful and courteous. I also buy my air filters from Casati as their prices are lower than in-store and they deliver to my home. I have my furnace and air conditioner inspected and cleaned each year and I haven't had any issues whatsoever. I would highly recommend Casati to anyone and have many times.

Furnace issues are never more stressful than in the winter. Especially when you have small children and a family to provide for. Thankfully, when our heat stopped pumping this winter we got phenomenal help from Casati Heating and Cooling. Not only did they treat our issue with the urgency it deserved, they were punctual, knowledgeable and able to set our minds at ease that it wasn’t the end of the world and that the problem could be solved without replacing our entire furnace!
