Sent There technician Steven Berry and he was very professional and explained everything with my situation regarding my furnace. At the end of his diagnosis he left me feeling confident and with answers regarding what was best outcome for best results.

Mike is an amazing, knows his stuff and is very honest with you and will do everything to try to solve the problem.
This company is very professional, respectful and responsive. I would give them 6 stars if I could.
They replaced my ac unit, thermostat, motherboard on the furnace, a surge protector and now they fixed a venting issue I had from previous installers.
I recommend Dr Hvac to all home owners.

Our Sales Rep Bruna was amazing. She spent over an hour with my and my husband, looking at our existing AC and furnace, taking meticulous notes, explaining the basics of what to look for, the nuances of all of our options, and provided a detailed quote before she finished our meeting. I was especially impressed that when I questioned the sizes of the units she was quoting us on (smaller than what we had) she had clear confident answers that provided the clarity I needed. Excellent service and response time! I had an air conditioning problem this past summer and needed it fixed before I went out of town. Dr.HVAC was accommodating and fast. The week of December 19-23, 2011 I had problem with my furnace and I needed service. I checked out a couple of reputable (so to say) companies to come and assess the problem and give me an honest estimate. Guess what? I got two different scenarios from two different techs. However, my gut feeling was that non of them were telling me the truth.
