I have been seeing Dr. Rai for a few years now and she is amazing! Dr. Rai and her team are extremely kind and well trained professionals. From the moment you walk into the doors and exit you are treated with the best care. Highly recommend this clinic if you are in the market for a new optometrist office!

Refused our 6 month infant his first eye exam because he can't wear a mask. Eye issues requiring surgery run in both mine and my husband's families and I was told to call back if it was an emergency... how does a baby communicate this? Initial receptionist I spoke with was understanding, but when she put me through to her manager, her manager kept cutting me off and speaking over me while I tried to explain my concerns.

From my first appointment at Panorama Optometry, to going in 3 more times to decide on some frames, I always felt well taken care of. The staff are incredibly kind and caring and I never once felt pressured or rushed. I would like to say a special thank you to Dr.Johal for her thoroughness during my assessment and for her kindness and understanding. She is incredibly knowledgable and I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to see her. I don't ever post reviews about places but Panorama Optometry deserves one. Honestly, as someone who couldn't read for more than an hour without getting double vision and terrible headaches, I thought the price for vision therapy was totally worth it to get my eyes back. I swear, vision therapy did wonders to my eyes. Not only did I gain full control of my eye turn, I actually learned more about my eye movements and how to minimize my eye turn.I found both the vision therapists, optometrists, and front staff to be super welcoming and inclusive. I wish there was 6 stars as I would sincerely give 6 stars! I have been a patient of Dr. Johal's for over 5 years and she is extremely supportive to my vision issues. Her team goes above and beyond to ensure I get the best treatments! Most recently I have been doing vision therapy with Alex and Simran and have assisted me through a massive concussion I have from an MVA with vision therapy. I am forever grateful of this team & highly recommend anyone seeing them, even children & elderly :)

This is an endless experience of poor customer service. The only redeeming quality is that they at least make their mistakes right.
I first got referred here from a close friend and I decided it was worth making the nearly 1 hour drive in each direction to work with Dr Johal.
That said, while a polite and nice staff, Panoram Optometry is an… endless source of issues and customer service issues.
I'm a pretty forgiving person but this has gotten ridiculous. Their ability to make sure their customer is cared for is terrible. The first time I got my lenses, they made an error in ordering and

Dr. Johal's clinic is amazing. State of the art equipment, highly knowledgeable, very caring and I recommend her. Having been born with a lazy eye, surgery at age 9 to cut the muscle, I lost depth perception.
