Baker & Osland Appraisals is a Victoria, British Columbia based real estate appraisal firm founded in 1978. The firm provides a wide-range of appraisal expertise to clients throughout Victoria and Vancouver Island. All appraisers on our staff are members of the Appraisal Institute of Canada and subscribe to the Standards of Professional Practice for members of the Institute.

All reports are prepared in conformity with the Canadian Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice. Cameron Dinning has been working in the real estate industry since 1999, starting with BC Assessment in Vancouver and transferring into private practice at Baker and Osland Appraisals in 2000.
