Pemberton homes are the absolute worst. The service was appalling. Highly recommend you do not waste your time even trying. Highly recommend you look else where. The other reviews were a good enough warning sign, don't be fooled, this company does not care about you or their service. Never had such a bad experience in my life. Never again.

Shady business practices, backed by slimy salespeople. They sell properties that don’t even exist. Do Not rent through them either. Maintenance and safety issues deferred for months, they’ll keep it up until you give up and foot bill yourself. Employees post publicly about coronavirus & climate change being hoaxes. Class acts over here.

Accessibilty, approachability, knowledge of the inventory, knowledge of current state of the market, and referrals to key agencies who you also need to make an informed decision when buying. Corie Meyer was my mother's real estate agent and purchased and sold her condo in Victoria. Corie went above and beyond (to say the least!) in helping my elderly mother have a smooth transition. Corie was organized, got the sale completed for an above-asking price, and also made sure my mom was comfortable and had everything she needed for a smooth transition for her move to Calgary.
