I am absolutely thrilled with the level of service we receive at the Blue Mountain Vet.
All of the staff are incredibly friendly, professional and courteous. Our appointments are on schedule, we receive reminders, news and offerings regularly and our pets receive top notch care. We have an older dog and a new puppy and both dogs are treated like superstars as soon as we walk in.
If you're looking for a vet clinic in the Blue Mountain area I 10/10 recommend Blue Mountain Veterinary Services.

We took our new (to us) 7 year old dog here for his first vet visit (while being with us). It was such an amazing experience. Everyone was so friendly and Dr. Evelyn was so great with our dog. He got two shots and didn’t flitch because she was so gentle and made sure he was distracted (with lots of treats). I’m sure our dog will be excited to go back for his next visit!

This is not your average “pet doctor” office. This is a group of amazing personalities who truly love to work together and love what they do. You can feel the positive energy and so can your pet! I have had one heck of a ride with my puppy Layla who is a super sensitive dog and has had a lot of health issues from the start. I would be an absolute mess if it wasn’t for this wonderful team of animal lovers. I have used their emergency service, I’ve used grooming and daycare with them, My dog has had surgery with them and xrays and IV drips and diagnostics, we even use their agility and obedience

My dog and I were visiting from out of town - she's been dealing with nail issues and I had to find a vet to pull one of her nails so I called a few places. I was super impressed by their customer service - such sweet and caring energy from the moment I spoke with them. Kind enough to reach out to my regular vet and get files transferred for the appointment. I called at 9 AM and had appointment same day - really wonderful team of individuals. BMVS has been my vet for about 3 years. They are simply head and shoulders above any other clinic I’ve visited, in terms of kindness, compassion, customer service, professionalism and excellence in pet care. The team is unfailingly cheerful and welcoming, accommodating of clients’ schedules, and Dr. Gray especially gives great, well-rounded and thoughtful advice and suggestions. The real gold standard for me is that my dog LOVES going there! This is the best decision you can make for a veterinary clinic.

Everyone at Blue Mountain Vet is absolutely wonderful. We live in Toronto but have a place in the Blue Mountains, and needed a vet in the area. Our dog Josie has received excellent care over the years - and the groomer they recommended is also excellent. Everyone is knowledgeable, accommodating and very caring. And with lower overhead than in TO, we get better prices for procedures and check-ups. There's also overnight boarding which is very convenient, and you feel safe knowing you're leaving your pet with professionals.

We have taken 4 dogs and 2 cats to BMVS for 9 years and received excellent care for everything from a new puppy through to end of life care for our beloved dog and cats. Not to mention all the important in between stuff like checkups, dental care, vaccines, emergencies, knee surgery, spaying, grooming services and reassurance when we needed it! They are our vets and our friends and we are so grateful for all the care we receive. Highly recommend.
