My toddler son has been in their care since September 2019 and i have had no issues at all. I was very hesitant in the beginning due to the low ratings but i took the chance and i have no regrets.. the teachers are great, and they provide great care for the kids especially my own. My son comes home asking for Barbra all the time and looks forward to going to his toddler class every day.

My experience with the infant room at this daycare is not a good one at all. My child is always having a very bad diaper rush while in their care and so many times I've picked up my child in a dirty diaper. They need to pay more attention to the kids and change them on time. Also I don't think that they are organized because they keep putting other kids belonging to my child busket then, my child things will be in another child busket. Though my experience with their school age room and FDK room is good but the infant room still needs a lot of improvement

It is unfortunate that this daycare has poor practices when it is in such a convenient location for parents. When my child was attending this daycare i often had to take time off work because she was always catching a virus. They don't make them wear bibs, the kids are untidy and they don't monitor them properly during meals to ensure that they don't share food.

I find that the staff at this day care don't pay attention to detail. It gets frustrating to pick up your child and not have their clothes ( hats, jackets snow pants, etc ) not be where they're suppose to be. You end up going through everything to find that that they put your children's clothes on another hook that doesn't belong to them. That usually leads up to a confrontation between parents that doesn't need to happen and it happens due to the negligence provide by the tot world staff. They need to be more mindful of the children and their belongings.

My experience with this daycare has not been very pleasant. My child continues to have a runny nose since she started and it has not gone away since then. At first I told myself it is quite prevalent for children to get sick at daycare so there is no need for me to be so concerned. However, after observing some of the habits of the staff members at the daycare I have been made to believe otherwise. Staff members do not wear gloves when changing the toddlers, they do not use the changing table either but instead change the child on the daycare play area where their genitals are left exposed to parents
