PSV Restorations is a full service restoration company that has provided solutions to residential and commercial disaster situations since 1998. We are committed to offering high standard extraction and drying procedures and equipment. Our restoration technicians are experienced and knowledgeable and are capable of handling jobs of all sizes.
Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning is the first service that PSV offered when incorporated in 1998. We clean with powerful truck mounted units that STEAM CLEAN your carpets and upholstery leaving them sparkling clean and safe. Our CLEAN SOLUTION RINSE cleaning system insures no residues are left in your carpets and upholstery so they stay clean longer and wear less.
A Capacity of 16000 CFM Vacuum, Quincy 325 compressor with 250-PSI Air Pressure Skipper Line and 150 ft Plus Vacuum/Pressure Hose. 1 We will inspect the location of your furnace and the main duct lines to determine how and where we will hook up our vacuum hose. 2 Our technicians will now bring in a 12 vacuum hose and hook it up to the furnace system.
We come to your house to inspect the area rug and give you a written, no obligation quote on the cleaning cost. If the quote is accepted, our technicians will pick up the area rug(s) and bring them back to our cleaning facility in Burnaby. 1 The area rugs are "dry" vacuumed top and bottom with a beater bar to remove all the dry dust and dirt.

I have use Power Steam Vac to do my carpets for over 10 years. The carpets look brand new when the service is done. I have found the company to very reliable and friendly. I hired PSV Power Steam & Vac Ltd to clean the carpet and recliner in my family room. It was cleaned in a very short time and I was able to walk on the carpet almost immediately. This surprised me but it was as the technician had said. I was given 5% discount bringing the charge to be $159.95. I was satisfied.
I mentioned that my Venetian blinds needed cleaning and I was told their company also cleans Venetian blinds so I hired them. This was a big mistake.
The technician measured all ten of regular sized window blinds and one large (3 ft wide blind) and said it would be five or six weeks before

I hired this company to clean my eavestroughs and dryer ducts.They told me I needed to be home, so I took a vacation day.
That morning, they called to postpone to the next day, because they had not scheduled enough people to work. When I pointed out that I had taken time off for this, they said I didn't need to be home after all.
The next evening the gutter at the ground floor looked pretty clean, and maybe the next floor at the front, but at the back they were definitely terrible. I climbed up on a ladder to check the insides: not clean either. I waited a week for them to finish the job, then
