Services
We feel that our pricing is fair and competitive with industry standards. We never up-sell on the phone or or on the job. Our chemicals, solutions, and dirty water extraction is cost of business, and we never pass this along to our customers. The only exception to this is our acid treatment for particularly persistent stains, which does incur a small cost, but is used, at the customer's discretion, only in the most extreme cases.
We often receive warm comments from our customers after having done work for them. We hope you will consider these as you make your decision on who to invite into your home or business. We value your feedback and are appreciative of you sharing our name with their friends, family, and co-workers. This is the second time our church has used Only Way to clean the carpets are the church.
We're open 7 days a week. Call us anytime. From time to time, we work outside these regions (chiefly New West and Burnaby), dependent on job type. For jobs outside our normal range, we will often send or recommend one of our trusted partners in the industry who specializes in that area. We accept all major payment methods, including debit and credit, cash, cheque, or email transfer.

This is the second time our church has used Only Way to clean the carpets are the church. This year I had them do my house as well. I wish I had done it sooner! This is truly a family business. It would be incredible if all the trades that do work for the church provided the kind of reliability and quality of work that Only Way delivers. Their professional and commitment to the client deserves more than 5 stars. I highly recommend this company.
