Booked an appointment with Shine months in advance. Gave all the proper dimensions (1364 SQFT, 3 bedrooms with a large dining room area) was quoted 280$ and when they got there they told me that this was a lot larger than they were expecting and that the "fair price" was 350.00$. Pushed me into paying it and were done 45 minutes later. All in all in all not professional and put me in a bad position.

Such a good experience ! revived my couches that I had recently purchased used and now they look and smell brand new 👍 The carpets that I literally thought were garbage actually look very nice now .

We relied on Google reviews before we decided to hire Shine carpet care. Unfortunately the service didn't meet our expectations. We usually do our carpets once a year as we have a pet. Our regular cleaner was not available so we opted to use a local company. Shine Carpet was available on a moment's notice and accommodated us asap. Good start on phone inquiry and responsiveness was appreciated. When they arrived on site and started work I was concerned as they were very fast. Typically our house will take 4-5 hours but they were done in 2.5! We did our carpets in May so we knew the carpets were

Shine carpet cleaning was able to come the very next day and did a great job! They cleaned our loveseat and armchairs and two bedrooms, which were all in need of TLC. And their price was lower than two other quotes we received. I'd definitely use them again.
