JFB Pressure Washing was established in 1991 as a family owned business by Darryl Hall for exterior building cleaner and maintenance services in Vancouver, BC. Darryl was inspired to bring growth to his community and assist customers in the exterior maintenance of their home or business to make a difference in offering his customers a pleasing environment that they can enjoy and take pride.
He set out to work with one pressure washer, water fed brush wash pole, and pickup truck, advertising in the local paper and dropping off flyers on foot door to door promoting his business. In 1997, he moved his business to Port Coquitlam, BC where he and his wife purchased their first home due to their growing family.

The gutter system is a critical component of a building's roofing system and a long-term investment in the maintenance of your home. Make sure gutters are in good condition and solidly fixed to the house and/or building. In order, for water to flow freely, debris must be removed from the gutters. Also, important to clean any debris or moss from the roof valleys since any obstruction will not allow water run off into your gutter system.
Vinyl siding does need cleaning on a periodic basis to remove moss and mold that grows mostly on the North side of most residential homes and buildings. The moss appearance is green in colour, but if not removed will turn into a black fungus that is more difficult to remove. Power washing is not recommended, since the water will enter behind the siding and penetrate windows seals and damage walls.
The constant exposure to the weather elements can over time cause damage to your residential home and commercial business. The whole purpose of pressure washing is to use high pressure stream of water to blast away dirt, grease, debris, fungus, and moss. However, to much pressure can cause significant damage to whatever you are washing.
The roof system is exposed to all manner of chemical and environmental stress due to long-term effects of normal aging. In realty small isolated problems caused through abuse, stress concentration, error in installation, quality of material, tree branches hanging over the roof, or other factors result in shortened lifespan.

They really do a great job on all our concerns, and then they fix the things that we didn't even know were broken. The work is always first rate and well priced. In addition, they are such nice people. Power washing, repairing rotten wood, fixing sliding siding and broken roof tiles, they do it all. Very highly recommended.
